BrainBuddy is a routine and productivity tool. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, or treatment for ADHD, Autism, or any other condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or therapeutic advice.
Beta Testing Agreement
The App is currently in a Beta testing phase. It is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that the app may contain bugs, errors, and could result in data loss. You agree to use it at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainBuddy and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, device malfunction, lost profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the beta software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use BrainBuddy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BrainBuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
BrainBuddy is intended for use by families with children, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent account holder must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and parent PIN.
3. Children's Privacy and Parental Consent
BrainBuddy complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent account is required to create any child profile, and the parent controls all data associated with it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use BrainBuddy only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the App or its data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, characters, code, and branding in BrainBuddy are owned by BrainBuddy or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Modifications and Termination
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
